We operate with documented processes and clear terms. Each transaction, shipment, and ownership record follows defined rules. This document outlines how we work and what you can expect.
TERMS OF
SERVICE
All orders are subject to availability. Bismark Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
Custom and commission work requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of agreement. Completion timelines will be confirmed in writing per project.
Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not begun. Registry-assigned pieces cannot be cancelled once the registry record has been issued.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
PRIVACY
POLICY
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We also collect standard usage data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Your data is used to process orders, issue registry records, send shipping updates, and communicate about your purchase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
With your consent, we may send updates about new specimens, private access releases, and registry events.
We use the following services that may process your data: Stripe (payments), Pinterest (marketing analytics), Meta (advertising), WooCommerce / WordPress (platform), and standard shipping carriers. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@bismarkjewelry.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
This website integrates with the Pinterest API v5 to publish content (Pins and Boards) to our official Pinterest business account. The application is registered under the name Bismark Jewelry Content Publisher.
This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.
The integration is used solely to publish our own content to our own Pinterest account. No Pinterest user data is collected, stored, or processed. No personal data of Pinterest users is accessed or shared with any third party.
API credentials are stored securely server-side and are never shared. Permission scopes: pins:read, pins:write, boards:read, boards:write.

SHIPPING &
RETURNS
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Registry pieces and custom orders may require additional time. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders include tracking. High-value orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our specimens, all sales are final. Registry-assigned pieces and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions are made in cases of material misrepresentation or significant damage in transit. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
MATERIALS &
WARRANTY
All specimens are natural geological materials. Inclusions, fracture patterns, color variation, and surface texture are inherent to each piece and are not defects. No two pieces are identical.
All metal frameworks are hand-fabricated from sterling silver, brass, or steel. Minor surface variation, hand-tool marks, and natural patina are characteristic of the fabrication process and are not defects.
Store pieces individually in a dry environment away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfume, or abrasive surfaces. Amber and certain minerals are sensitive to heat and impact.
Bismark Jewelry is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, storage, or care. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in all cases.
Each piece is documented before leaving our studio. The registry record, where issued, reflects the condition of the specimen at the time of sale.
